Since I did not get out today, I thought I would take advantage to this time to work on shooting in low light with no flash and in M mode.

The steps that I did used in PhotoShop are as follows:

1. adjust the levels
2. adjust the saturation
3. run unsharp mask

Did you use a tripod? I would guess so since the EXIF said shutter speed was 15 secs.
