Just a FYI post for any of you model shooters that might be interested hiring Jen Amber for a shoot here in Dallas. She is working at our Houston workshop on Saturday Jan 27th then will be traveling back up here to Dallas with us and available 1/28-2/1. Her contact information is available on her OMP or MM sites.

Too bad I won't be around cause I'd hire her in a second. I absolutely love seeing posts from you guys when you shoot her. She's absolutely stunning and seems to be a natural in front of a camera. Can't wait to see the results.

Hiring Models - 01-25-2007, 12:57 PM


I have not hired a model before. In general, not necessarily for Jen, what do models charge. I am sure it can vary a lot but lets say two or three hours at a park for example.

Jim, rates vary greatly from $20 an hour to $150+ for nude models. Basically the less clothes and more experience the model has, the more they will cost. That's what makes a workshop so nice. You get multiple models with pro makeup, hair, and lighting for a fraction of the cost it would run on your own.
