Sorry to derail your thread for a second, but I wanted to let all you Dallas photographers know about a great free event coming to Dallas on February 22. Renowned photographer Lauren Greenfield's THIN museum exhibition is opening at The Women's Museum in Dallas, Texas on Februarty 22nd. There is an opening reception w/ cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres from 6-8:00pm and Lauren Greenfield will be introducing the work. Admission is free if you RSVP to: rsvp@thewomensmuseum.org. I have already contacted the Dallas PPA and they are sending out an announcement, but hopefully you all can make it as well!

More information can be found at www.thewomensmuseum.org and www.thindocumentary.com

There is also a free screening of the THIN documentary on February 20th in Dallas.

it's only cause you're one of my "admired" and it's always cool to learn that the "want to be likes" are down to earth and a lot of fun!!

I really am very likable

Well, I'm an Aggie and I hate you both. ;)

Juuust kidding.. mostly..

Great presentation Kevin, incredibly informative and well put-together. I'm so used to going to all these conventions and hearing people talk about how successful they are for an hour, it was so refreshing to see someone actually talk about what they do to be successful!

HHHEHEHEHEE, just remember my cousin is THE Red Raider, the actual staute on Campus and I personally think he is a jerk, so my hate for TxTech should at least bring you and I together stacy

And you hit it on the head why I personally dislike conventions and choose to have workshops, conventions for the most part you do not learn a lot, at least the bigger ones where you only have speakers for an hour. You need more time and more personal information to get anything out of them.

KJ is hands down one of the best people in the business, both talent wise and personal wise, he is truly someone we can all learn from, I know I have.
