One period in time…

Operation: Love ReUnited was founded in September of 2006. The organization offers professional photography sessions for deploying military families, fee-free by volunteer professional photographers. Two sessions are offered, consisting of one pre-deployment or already deployed, and one ReUnited session at the homecoming of the soldier. The photographer accompanies the family to the airport to welcome their loved one home!


The photographers send a 4x6 album from the first session overseas at no cost to the family. They may then offer any specials on other products to the family at their discretion. Visit www.oplove.org for more information and to find a participating photographer in your area. If one isn’t available, email Headquarters and they will try to help you find one.

We are currently needing volunteer DFW photographers. If you are interested, just email tonee.lawrence@gmail.com & let her know you would like to sign up. She'll then send you some info. Let me know when you are officially a member! Also, there is a forum (www.oplove.org/forum). When she adds you to her list you will be able to view the photographers side of the forum

that's right, Brad. I'm trying to get more DFW photographers before the word really spreads to the military families in our area.

Canon 480EX Flash

If studio isn't involved I would be highly interested.

there is no gear requirement. You do not have to do a studio session. Yes, we love candid/photo journalism (emotional). Whatever the photographer & families are comfortable with.
