What's left after an apartment fire in Irving - 02-26-2007, 09:37 AM

My ex-wife manages an apartment in Irving and Saturday a child was playing with matches and started a fire. Had it not been for the wind they would have only lost a few units, however they lost the whole building 16 apartments 15 famillies lost everything.
