See my post in Nature & Wildlife, but I thought it was interesting and informative. The lead rhino keeper took us up next to the black rhino enclosure and called the two females over from the barn area. They actually came over. We were very close to them and were able to take some good pictures of them taking food from him. We got a chance to see the other rhinos and hear the keeper talk about their care. One big advantage was that this occurred before the zoo opened to the public in the morning so we didn't have to fight for a view. All in all, I'd go again, but it would depend on the animal. The lions, for example, probably wouldn't be much different from shooting normally in front of the enclosure, but I can't say that for sure as this was the first of these I've attended. Next month will feature the giraffes. I hope this answers your questions.
