Thanks all! Glad you like the picture.

Bruce, I was on the steps of the Museum. Not my favorite spot for a downtown skyline, but my prediction turned out to be pretty much right for a site where the moon would be over the city.

It was still kind of a surprise where it actually came up. I expected it to be over the Courthouse in this view, but it came up here. That puppy moves fast, I took lots of shots.

Actually a nice spot, the buildings shielded us from that biting north wind.

one more attaboy for you....that is a great shot. You should be proud and I bet you could sell it as a poster or the local convention and visitors bureau might be interested as well
