got there at 11.
ran into Brad and wife and student, Kerby, Don, Mike, David, and a couple of others that I can't think of right now.
It was a nice expo.

The Canon 1Ds III stole the show for me. probable street price low 4k's

Yeah all the canon people were standing around talking about it. I talked to the Nikon guys and they were tight lipped about anything coming out-have to wait for a big Vegas Show I believe next weekend.

I bumped into a bunch of TPF folks out there, left around 1:30 so Roy as you were entering I was departing.

Nice little trade show and did learn a few things and put a few things on my tobuy list.

Hope folks picked up the specials pamphlet from B+H with their specials listed, a few good things on there.

yeah I asked the nikon guy and he denied rumores of the new D3, but we will find out in another week :)

"Student" was Kim, as in PhotoByKim here on the forum.

Was great running into familiar faces... and some I knew on sight, but had never met before like Don Barnes. :)

Although I think some of the vendors didn't know what to make of us when 10 of us descended on their booths at the same time...

I'm so bummed...I didn't get to go. I was really looking forward to it. My daughters had that dance competition and we didn't get home till 3 or 4 Sunday afternoon. I was going to head over there yesterday, but my daughter ended up bringing a stomach virus home from the competition and was home from school yesterday. Major bummer!
