The Bugler _ Colorized IR - 05-30-2005, 10:10 PM

Howdy All,

Went with JerryK today to the Memorial Services at Greenwood Memorial Cemetery. The had a Ceremony for the Royal Flying Corp for the Pilots from America, British, and one Canadian who were members of the British Forces.

Hope you enjoy, the Bugler ended the Ceremony.

Howdy,

Well, I have a Sony 717 that has nightshot mode on it, and I also use a Hoya R72 Filter, Hoya ND8,and sometimes depending on the lighting conditions I may put a polarizer in front or have to us an ND 4. It ends up shooting at F2 and a shutter speed of not faster than 1/60th not usually slower than 1/30.

I know that they have special filters for DSLR's, the thing with shooting with those is the long shutter speeds prohibit taking action or trees scenes when the wind it blowing. There are some really good sites for IR on the WWW.

Hope this helps some!!
