JAKESTIR Plays Guitar????? - 03-24-2007, 08:44 PM

Thought I would upload a few from a local band I have been covering for quite a while now, and there new Bassman has a SNEAKY resemblance to our very own Jakestir.

Jake I also want to Thank You for the lens loan last night they both performed great in this deep dark dungeon...

Camera 20D
Shutter 1/50
Shutter Priority
Aperture F3.2
ISO 800
Focal Length 28mm
No Flash Fired

Post Processing - Sharpened and Cropped.. No NOISE reduction software applied..

Attachment 39021

Shutter 1/125
Aperture 1.4
ISO 800
Focal Length 50mm

Post Processing - Cropped and Sharpned.. No NOISE reduction software applied.

Attachment 39022

This is also the first time I was really able to shoot with my NEW 20D in a Deep Dark Dungeon and I will have to say it WAY surpassed my old 10D.....

C&C always welcome.

Thanks,

Steve

That bassman do look familiar, but methinks that axe has one too many strings.

What's wrong with a five-string? Most of the bassists I know use one at least some of the time...

I played bass for a living for a few years. 5 strings annoyed me personally. LOL

That background looks like a bar I know up in Keller...

Don,
All I know is he is a pretty darn good Guitar Player and if its not a bass guitar please forgive, I'm not that into the instrument as I am the Music I know.....

Daniel,
Thanks for posting and commenting.

Andrew,
This is not in Keller but over in NRH, it was at Bronco's Sports Bar over by TCC.

Thanks again everyone, I was hoping Jakestir would chime in to see his Look A Like.
