Do you have a budget?

How long is the shoot (including setup and teardown)

I may have access to real operating rooms, but there is probably a lot of admin involved to secure one, and it would have to be on the weekend if it's possible at all (wife works for a surgery center company). May not even be possible, so don't get your hopes up too high.

Probably can't get into one because the cost of cleaning it would be past most budgets. I would try to find someone who has access to a closed hospital, there are several around the North Texas area, and go that route. You may have to rent a generator or two to run power to the location and would need to rent whatever props to be used for the shoot since they usually strip those places of things pretty well when they close them down.

Or what about one used for animals? Bet some out of use vet hospital surgery rooms look just like those for people.

I was wondering about the cleaning costs also...It may be waay too expensive
The budget is rather light for this

The closed facility sounds like a great idea.
The shoot is for a dance troupe so the need for props would be "limited" because they need room to do the routine.

The routine is based on the song Perfect Lie from Nip/Tuck that is why the operating room idea .
