There are several moderate hotels in the area. try zip 76107.
Hehe, I was raised in Houston since 3 months old so I forget that not everywhere is as big :-) Thanks for the zip, since 2/4 of our hits are Fort Worth we'll probably stay there and drive out to the tiger shoot and to Six Flags. I think I'd prefer exploring Fort Worth than Dallas, so once we hit what we want we may just walk around a bit!

Suzy -

I've got a few 'buy one get one free' ticket coupons for Six Flags if you're interested. They are good any time the park is open from what I can tell.

Regular admissions is about $42, so it would be about $9 cheaper per admission than your deal.

If you want, I could mail you a couple. Just let me know.

Realize, too, that the drive to the tiger shoot location is a LONG way from the Fort Worth Zoo.. hour and a half drive at least.

Tiger Shoots start at 7:00am, meeting up at the McKinney Whataburger around 6:30-6:45. You might want to consider spending Friday night in McKinney. After the tiger shoot you can go back to the hotel and get cleaned up and then check out and head over to Fort Worth and stay there Saturday night.

We were planning on leaving town early Friday, so if we go to McKinney I don't know what we will do when we get there... but I think you are right and it's best to spend the night there. I'll probably look at the La Quinta (I think) that Abel mentioned a long time ago.
