Couple shots from the Fort Worth Zoo today... - 04-07-2007, 01:42 AM

I was so uber excited to get my membership and have it approved so quick (within 2 days) that I had to make a trip to the Fort Worth Zoo today. Today was crowded especially with a lot of schools and big groups of children running through the zoo. A lot of the mammals were sleeping today. Anyway, here are some highlights:

If any of you are interested, I used a Canon Rebel XT (350D) with a 70-200mm F4L lens for the whole time. I was so excited... I had my 24-70 F2.8L and 50mm F1.8 with me but I figured since i have my membership, I can always go back and shoot more when the crowds are less.

Excellent Rhino shot !!!!

I haven't yet been able to get a satisfactory shot of these beasts.
