When it started raining we moved up under cover. I didn't realize I had water drops on the fish.

I have an infield campsite. There's a guy who is always there parked behind us that had the same red '8' on the back of his head. The cut and coloring weren't as clean of a job as that guy's, though, and he didn't have the checkers on the side. lol

He was trying to get on camera during the live Speed TV show.

My buddy held up a sign saying HI as a surprise to his wife, who saw it back at their home. Cell phones are really something.

After that, we didn't stick around for the whole show, but I bet this fellow was on at least once when they cut to commercials. His goatee facial hair was the same color red.

Infield camping? Wow, that must be a trip. Lucky you!

Sunday was beautiful, upper 70's. I got a slight sunburn.

Nancy, those beads do look familiar, but I didn't give mine to a guy!

It's fun. The weather put a damper on the majority of the weekend this year. I got there Thursday evening. I've been at every NASCAR race there in the infield since the first in '97 with the exception of this past November.

I got to go in 2005 and want to go again but I want to get into the infield if I can.

All you have to do to just be a spectator in the infield is walk to the south tunnel and buy a wristband. It's $75 and good for the entire weekend. Now, if you want to get an RV in the infield, that's a little more work.
