This was my second, both on a volunteer basis for friends. When the bar is "better than nothing" it's easy to exceed expectations. :-)

I also have to agree. I have rented lenses and other equipment from them and would not hesitate to do it again. The customer service there is excellent. It doesn't matter what question or problem you have, they will answer it and probably even show you how to take care of it. Even when they are packed on the weekends, they acknowledge that you are there and help you out very quickly. I have purchased equipment there from lenses to reflectors to bags and will continue to buy from them in the future. Great store!

I'll second that....or third, or fourth. I have not had one single bad experience there. Every employee has taken that time to show me stuff I may or may not buy and answer questions. Jay is totally helpful, going above and beyond!! I'm not afraid to ask any "dumb" questions there!

They need to add another Canon 24-70 2.8L to the rental department... but yea, the one time I've rented... no complaints.

I love the 24-70. I want to get the one you have as well. I just have the 70-200 F/4L.
