Hello everyone. I woke up this morning and our neighborhood was hit a little hard. There were trees down all over the neighborhood and we are currently still without power(I'm at school typing this). I was walking around and driving around this morning and saw a few people out with chainsaws trying to clean up the mess. We have a tree that was uprooted as well but it's leaning on the power lines so we are waiting for the electric company to come out and take care of it(surprised it hasn't broken the power lines yet). Anyways, here's a picture from this morning. 2 trees fell over and blocked one end of our street. Hopefully everyone is okay.

My house escaped relatively unscathed. Several of my neighbors had fences blown down and there were many trees in my neighborhood that were knocked down also. The worse thing for me was the 12 hour power outage.

the Star-Telegram reports 107,500 still without power. My mom's house in Fort Worth is one of them.
