Like? How bout EXACTLY. I cannot believe there isn't a lawsuit in there somewhere.. LOL

Personally, I like Hooter's Chicken Sandwiches better. But Winghouse is fine, other than the HARD HARD HARD stools to sit on. I HATE THAT.. at both places. VERY uncomfortable for those of us without extra padding on our arses.

There was a lawsuit....Hooters lost.

Hooters of America chalked up a loss in its war with WingHouse on Thursday when a federal judge in Orlando ruled that Hooters has no legal lock on scantily dressed servers and tacky store interiors.

At least do something different. I mean.. it's exact tables, same type outfit, same m.o. the whole thing. Hell.. I need to open a burger biz with a clown and large M out front!

Many lawsuits have been won with much less infringement.

In that type of biz, I think judgment may be a bit slanted.

well we sit at the tall table just on the other side of the divider, just walk straight in if you got to the bar do a 180 and say I am..... and that will be us you are looking at, or you can call my cell at 972 689 5928.
