Towering above the earth, the mighty roller coaster drops at the hyper speed of 85 miles an hour, powers through a 120-foot long tunnel shrouded in total darkness, and navigates huge spiral curves and high-speed helixes!
Height of First Drop = 255 feet. Length of Track = 5,312 feet (over 1 mile); Ride lasts 3.5 minutes. | | | | | Sponsored Links | Premium Members do not see Google advertisements. SIGN UP today and help support our community.

That thing is so crazy... I swear I nearly blacked out during the part that it spirals... I couldn't even open my eyes or my mouth. Thanks for bringing back those fun memories!

Great shot. Not to take away from your image or hijack the thread, I thought I'd share a video I took last summer. I rode that thing four times that day looking for a few good stills, but ended up shooting this the last time round. enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8eglWHtpDo

Ha. I understand. My wife has yet to watch the entire video all the way through. She had a fit when she saw how high up I had taken our first-born. :-) My daughter would have gone a fifth time if I would have allowed it.

Ha ha I rode that sucker seven times straight. Front, back, it's all great. The only picture I got was with my camera.
I was able to take my camera on one of the coasters at disney world, awesome pictures but I was too scared to do the same with the Titan. I've always wanted to stick a fisheye on a helmet and snap away on roller coasters.

haha...there is just NO way i would do that. I walked up to it and then just turned straight around. Being terrified of heights will do that to ya...and being 6'6" you wouldn't think it would bother me :)

I have experienced the Titan at least 5 times....loved it every time. My daughter who is 8 rode it with me last time...she had worked her way up to it, was good and ready and it scared her practically hairless. She went into shock and clumps of hair fell out of her head for weeks.
Needless to say she hasn't ridden it since.

This one is actually the only one at six flags that doesn't make me sick.
Mr. Freeze kills me... I can't ride it any more. The titan is fast and smooth. I'm not big on rollercoasters anymore, but when I was, this was the one.

My philosophy is this: Don't go any higher than you want to fall.
Bill - nice pic, but it seems a tad flat. Just curious - did you use circular polarizer on this shot?
As for those videos - what was the last roller coaster? Was that Judge Roy Scream?
