I am solo all weekend and want to do a photo safari , or party, or just get the heck out there and use up all my film ,, oh, wait, I went digital a few years back. Well, you know what I mean.

Any ideeeees ??? Anything spectacular happening this weekend ??

Don't Know of any "Event" going on this weekend other than the fly in into Hondo brought up by another poster this morning, kind of like a mini OshKosh here in Texas.

The TOWER Antiques Show is at Fair Park this weekend (Fri-Sun) and sometimes you can find some old large format and old MF and even an occasional 35mm body or lenses at it in some dealers booths, usually will have a few dealers who handle old photographs also at this show. (Would be a great stop if the weather is bad and if it is nice out you can wander around Fair Park and shoot away.)

The Republic Of Texas Biker Rally is starting tommorow in Austin. If you like shooting that kind of stuff you will like this. I suspect that getting motel/hotel rooms around Austin may be a bit tough.

The Annual Regatta is this weekend at the Fort Worth Boat Club, it might present a few picture opportunities.

Forgot about the Regatta. My constant companion is a member, and I keep my boat there.

Gonna go off and see what is up there in OK. I've been either at work 13 hrs a day including commute, or helping out sig other with funeral arrangements, etc.
