Definitely should have bumped my ISO down to 200 or 400 for the fireworks. They were directly overhead and the longer exposures I did were totally blown out. I was so close to them that it was hard to capture the whole burst in the frame. However, I did get a few nice ones. Good practice for upcoming fireworks displays.
EDIT: These are roughly straight from the camera with crop and noise ninja. I tweaked the curves a bit on the fireworks shot. I was too tired and full of margaritas last night to play with any PP.
