Those are fantastic!!! I was there too! I came quite unprepared to shoot fireworks though! Glad you were able to capture tons of shots! Where were you watching from?

We were there too... the fireworks were great, then got stuck in the worst traffic of my life. I got a few good shots but I haven't had time to go through them all yet. I had forgotten my tripod too so I'm not sure how they will turn out. I'll be please if I get 1 good one since it was my first try!

Very nice! I wanted to shoot the Lewisville fireworks on the 4th, which it has been for just about every year (I watch them from my game room). Unfortunately, I start hearing some booms on the 3rd and I look out and there they were! Oh well.

I really like the way you chose to include the launch trail - it's something I don't recall seeing too often, and really makes the images stand out! Great job!

I was about 100 yards behind the grain silos - turned out to be a perfect spot because I had an unobstructed view of the launch site (so I could catch the streamers) and the silos had the added bonus of blocking the floodlights from the field and the street/carlights...
