I did shoot too many bearing I was sick and there were too many people. So background is something I couldn't get clean. Anyway, seeing so many classic cars first time is quite exciting. I would shoot more while they were in grapevine, but I was sick badly by then

1. 1928, Ford Model A Speedster

2. 1931, Auburn Indy Racer

3. 1940, Ford DeLuxe

4. 1936, Buick "Beerster" Speedster

5.1931, Ford Model A Roadster

6. 1964, Chevrolet Corvette

7. ICON

8. Concentration!
He might be one of TPFers, but I am not sure. There are two many people shooting with DSLR that day.

Nice pictures, turned out better then mine.

Talked to the gentleman in the last picture and he isn't on TPF, had a 5D + 16-35. Talked to another gentleman with an FTb.

I might see you there. I shot a 20D with 70-200mm F/2.8 L IS on.

I still have not processed mine I was walking around with my D80 and 28-75. I hope to share some pics this weekend after I move.

I walked around the "camp" for a little bit in Grapevine on saturday, anybody know what that beast of a peterbilt-hot-rod-thing was or what kind of engine it had in it?

A V-12 Air cooled Gasoline engine from a Tank!...No Joke!!!
Note the fins on the cylinders Sorry for the poor comp! I held the camera down and simply aimed it up! And this is what I got!

Inside of the The Cockpit! The nice lady cleaned it out just so I could get this picture!

Hey! That's Me! ....up there on the hill beside of the cab in the first picture! I was talking to the lady who cleaned out he cab for my picture! (Her legs showing beneath the door in the second one!) Small World!

Well.....if I had only known I would've introduced myself. I had stopped by after photographing Grapevine lake's floodedness for a few hours and I didn't stay long after being out in the sun.
