Looking for Studio to Rent...

I'm looking for a studio to rent in the Dallas area.. I'd like it to be at the $20/hr. price range and would book 2 - 3 hours at a time, most of the time. I would need it about once or twice a month and most likely on a Saturday... I have my own studio lights and backdrops... It would also be a plus if it were within walking or short driving distance of an outdoor location to shoot... please let me know if anyone has any info...
