There is an old gas station on Cherry Lane just south of White Settlement road in White Settlement. It always has a very old Police Car parked out front this is perfect for what you describe.
If I get a chance, I'll go by there and get more specific directions.
My finders fee might be a chance to participate in your project ?

well I found the car and its awsome! Only thing is the location is not right. Its right next to another car and behind it you can see the gas station. It would be cool if I could drive it to a field or something. Maybe I can ask the guy. (if it runs even!)

Do an edit to the original post, but choose Advanced so you can update the title.
