Need a good DFW lab for a last minute digital print

One of my wedding couples wants a 16 x 20 print of one of their engagement shots for their wedding reception this Saturday.

Unfortunately, they didn't give me a lot of notice...so...no time to get the usual labs I use (WHCC and Pro DPI) to produce...

Any suggestions as to someone here in the DFW area who can turn it fast (and well?)

I called BWC because I was interested in their Ilford prints but the guy who answered made impatient noises when I tried to ask about their set-up and file requirements. (If all the info on their site didn't say "under construction" I wouldn't have had to call.)

Well, BWC was my thought. There's the Color Place (I think that's the name). It's by Light Tec. There's another good lab down there, but I dont remember the name. If it's black and white, The Mark, on Manufacturing, might be doing digital now. They are the best for black and white custom work. Also, there are two BWC's, call the other one.

What about Pounds Lab?

I called the Richardson location (BWC) first -- and a very nice lady (Vicky) told me they only do the Ilford prints down in Dallas...That was fine...and I called, but the guy kept cutting me off and acting impatient while I was trying to ask questions regarding whether they upres'ed or if I would need to do that (ProDPI, for example, has wonderful software that does it for you...and does a GREAT job). I finally said "I'm so sorry I called you when you were obviously too busy to talk"...

Years ago, I used Meisel and BWC...but I don't think that Meisel is even doing photographic prints anymore? They've gotten into large-format printing for advertising, displays, trade shows, etc.

I found Pounds online but have no idea about quality, etc.
