Downtown Ft. Worth location recommendations?

I'm doing an engagement session in downtown Fort Worth Saturday and was wondering if y'all had any recommendations. They are planning on dressing up (he's even gonna wear a suit, which is SOOOO not like him) and want that modern, urban feel. I appreciate any tips - we are planning on shooting around sunset.
