Strobist get thogether in Dallas

In case anyone is interested in some Strobist work. A group of Dallas locals is trying to put together a session to practice some Strobist type shooting. Here is the thread:

Matthew is asking for emails from anyone interested. Here is his post:

I am trying to think of the best way to organize this so that we can all have the info right at our fingertips.

We can (and should) continue to discuss the planning here, but I'd also like to have everyone's email address who is seriously interested.

Go ahead and shoot me a message at:

and I'll make sure everyone is in the loop.

Be sure to include the following information (and anything else that comes to mind) when you email me:

1) Name (duh)
2) Strobist equipment (especially trigger type or sync cords)
3) What level of "expertise" you are at (a link to some images would be helpful to give me an idea).
4) An idea of when you'd like to do it.

((As for me, anyway:
1) Matthew D.
2) 3rd party flashes and ebay triggers (that's right!)
3) Somewhat experienced in location portraiture, but use strobist techniques only minimally.
4) Maybe the weekend of Oct. 20?))
