Sundance at Night - Holga Version - 09-15-2007, 07:18 PM

As seen thru the flawed plastic lens of the Holga toy camera.

This is not a "double exposure" it's 6 or 7 exposures.
I forgot to count. Every time a car approached, I held
the shutter open for a slow 2 count.

Car rounding a corner with their turn signal on.

Let's go to the Movies!

Or maybe get your friend to bring out an ice cream, since doggies
are not allowed in the store.

Holga, cheap tripod, setting on bulb, shutter release cable,
Artista EDU ISO 400 B&W Film,
photographer who can't count off seconds consistantly.

Another creative series, Jerry. I like that soft pink hue (at least on my monitor) in some of these shots.

You know if you don't quit this Holga Kick you're on, we might not get you back into IR. Some of us are thinking it might be time for an intervention. Or, time to buy Holgas and come after you.

Haha... Bruce. I vote for buy some Holgas! I'd have to buy a new Holga to do night shots because I have the original which does not have a bulb setting (and I like it unmodified thank you... ) One day my night photography interest and my Holga interest will merge. How cool!

Thanks for the nice comments, all.

Bruce and Laurie, a new one is "only" about $25. (and they all have Bulb now). Don't tell Bruce how much the "accessories" can add up to after the first $25.

Jesus, Artista EDU 400 B&W, souped in Kodak D76, scanned on my Epson 4490 flatbed. The exposures were mostly about a slow 2 to 8 count, depending on my guess about the light. Very scientific! I did get 12 for 12, exposure-wise, but not interest-wise. I was really surprised that the multiple exposure one came out at all.
