Poster Printing in N Dallas area?

I print posters each week for the football team at Sam's. They do a pretty nice job, and are cheap, but the "photo IQ" of the employees is below room temperature. also, I can't upload the poster image online--I have to bring in the disk, which usually means an extra trip.

I need to have a backup, and am looking for someplace that does a quick (same day or next day at the latest) and decent job on 20x30 posters. Preferably, they'd be on the north side of Dallas, since I'd be coming to and from Coppell. If I can upload a poster size file, all the better.

Does anyone have suggestions on who I should call?
