Looking for a model for a Senior session

I am wanting to build up my portfolio with high school seniors. I was thinking of hiring a model to pose as a senior. Where do you find models that look around 18? I have no idea where to start.

Reyna, check out Model Mayhem a lot of photogs meet up with models on that site, and I have had very good luck with them.

My baby sister may be willing to do it. She's actually a senior this year! Here's a couple of pics.

My wife works with a lot of young girls.
I just asked her if she could ask any of them.
But the first thing she asked was "What do they get?

I didn't have an answer for that..
