I like these a lot. My dad used to get a ride to school in a BMW Isetta (when it was nearly new, of course).

Another challenge is if you want to add people to the mix. Many times the owners of the cars are characters themselves and add good contrast to the metal and shiny surfaces ... especially if you can capture their reflection in something shiny.
