As with most things, I'd price it at what your time is worth to you.

For me, I try to keep my hourly time commiserate to at least my day job rate.

The usual answer to this question is more questions.
1- what will the client be doing with the photos ?
2- what is their budget ?
3- How much time is involved, including post processing, etc.
4- Will they order prints from you, or are they expecting the "negatives" ?
5- Are you confident you can provide a product they will want?

Shooting an event and getting a few really nice photos is a whole different
experience from being hired to produce multiple great quality images. It's because the professional can produce consistent excellent results that they get paid good money. If you can produce the goods, don't undercharge for your sevices. A low price for a location shoot like this would be $1500-$2000 plus the price of the prints they order.

If you want to sell the images later as stock its a must.
always good to have if you sell them as fine art.

I would recommend that if you expect to use your images anywhere else except for your client, that you make it perfectly clear to them what you have in mind. Then get a very complete model/property release.
If you have a great photo that someone wants to put in a natinal campaign, they are going to insist on a release. It's easier to get one at the beginning than to go back later.
