Fort Worth Zoo Visit - 11-20-2007, 09:44 PM

Went to the FW Zoo today with the family for my wife's birthday. (I know I'm a big spender...)

I was speed shooting since the family was with, I'll have to go back another time to really set up some images.

Great shots! Thanks for sharing. I am looking forward to getting up that way and visiting that zoo for the first time.

They look like really good compositions to me. I'd also like to get back out there soon with my new camera. We used to have a season pass but didn't renew this year. The kids never get bored with it, and it would be fun for me to see it all over again through a new viewfinder.

So the lion didn't move all this time you were gone?

Of course, that could also be a statue lion, not a real one.
Then again, there weren't any wind between those times to move the leaves

I wouldn't want to go to a zoo alone at night and take pics if I were you.
Especially when there are lions with glowing eyes.

David, my favorite was the Gorilla #5. Real sharp.
