All of them are right out of the D300, just converting from RAW to JPG and then resizing. Alot of them could use some curve adjustements, etc. But I wanted to show how they looked right out of the camera. Notice the SB800 behind the dancer - thanks to Norm we had 3 SB800's set up around the dance floor.

Well technically it was 2 sb800 and 1 sb600.....
