2 interesting things in the DMN yesterday:

On the front page there was an article and a photograph about Iraqi photojournalists and how its a whole new world for them since the papers aren't run by the government any longer.

The other was the incredible photograph on the front of the sports section: Tiger Woods kissing his British Open trophy with a couple hundred photographers behind him taking his photo.

Just wondering if anyone else took notice.

I noticed both the article on the Iraqi journalists and the Photojournalists taking the picture of Tiger Woods. The pic of Tiger was great. All the photographers seemed to have big lenses, despite that they appeared in close proximity.

In any case, it was a great pic! Unrelated to the above, the DMN has a very good photostaff. I continually admire their work / efforts. You can see them at the link below.

Did you also see the article about the idiot photographer that forged Cameron Diaz's name on a contract regarding nude pictures of her before she was a star? This genius is getting creamed in court. Turns out the signature he forged was already a forged CD sig by a studio PR person and not CD's sig at all.

I just gotta love these guys that ruin it for the rest of us...
