Awesome pictures.

When I get photos such as this, I wish I could offer sale of prints to the subjects, but it'd do more harm then good. In a pay-for situation a client would be most happy for such spontaneous shots. However, some person approaching them with awesome shots, then holding them ransom for money-for-prints would make them mad.

Well my camera is equipped with a 1000 megasquirtle light sensitive array with a megakilo double widget interface and a pseudo-terrafilter. its got 2 million hexafurtles with a 10 kiloplex and a rechargeable virtual combo-backplate. i also fitted an optical fillyfangle with predictive threshold histogram monitoring. it also has a light sensitive light meter and a time sensitive shutter mechanism.

Just say "hey, I was shooting_____ and happened to turn and see you and it looked like such a perfect photo, I hope you don't mind. If you would like to see it, here is my business card and I will post it on my web site for you to see." AND see if they will give you a model release at the same time. "Or if would would sign a release I will mail you a copy on CD." If you just want to be able to use the photo and are not worried about selling it.

That's only an assumption. I'm sure if you approach them in a professional manner (READ: Not Creepy) AND they liked what they saw then you have a good possibility that the turnout will be good.

I have completely stopped offering to send people free copies of my images when I think I got something good. 9 times out of 10 they get the CD and never respond, not even a "thank you", or "buzz off", and I'm out a CD, a mailer, and 2 stamps.

I don't want to even try to sell to anybody. Complete waste of time. They can get just as good with their little pocket camera. Yep, maybe better! Who am I to judge?

Nice shots! #2 is my favorite. #1 is either a) a very good photo or b) the view of a psycho killer! (Just kidding...)

Nice shot and thanks for sharing!
