Texas Stadium To Be Imploded! - 12-22-2007, 04:10 AM

Heard it from the Mayor of Irving today that as soon as the Cowboys are out they will implode Texas Stadium to make room for a new development.

Will be an interesting photo op once it happens. It will definitely have to be a meetup.

What a movie set that will make. And no CGI needed.

They have already contracted with a production company shooting a terrorism movie.

Yea, but there's no real good angle to shoot it... and probably will take a million permits to get the right angle for it... still, would be fun.

Check the weather that day, and make sure you set up on the upwind side. The amount of dust one of those implosions kicks up is unreal!
