Had the opportunity to meet Captain Tom on Tuesday while waiting for the F-35 to fly (it didn't) I took a few shots but non compare to his work. Here's a few. What am I doing wrong? They look "soft" to me.

Also have a couple from last year's airshow. Any thoughts, suggestions, comments?

I don't have a stand alone EXIF viewer so I can't see what happened.
By the way, the F35 did get airborne today with an F16 and an F18 as escort.
Good to meet you Scott. I'll post a neat shot I took today soon.
