It depends on what type of portraits and what you're looking for.

The Canals in Las Colinas are a favorite for brides for the engagements and/or bridals. I end up down at FW Botanical Gardens a lot for families/kids. There's supposed to be a nice park in FW near the new Radio Shack headquarters that I'm going to try out soon. There's a little park in Highland Park called Flippen Park (on Versailles) that works well for just about anything - bridals, kids, engagements. Mockingbird Station can be good for some more city-type photos.
