Those are actually Monk Parakeets. I have located at least three colonies in Duncanville and two in Cedar Hill.

There is also a big one at White Rock lake.

Nice Vid.!

Here is a link to some shots I have taken of the area residents. They raid my bird feeders in my backyard from time to time .

There's another huge colony in Everman. Should be a framed 11x14 at the city hall donated by yours truly.

Thank you Andrew, Mark, Jim and Roy. Mark I am not sure if they intend to stay or not.
They chose a light tower so park officials and the resident Falcons concern me.
I must say they provide plenty of entertainment and a color break from the usual Doves and Cardinals.
Jim, awesome shots! Roy, if the 11/14 looks half as good as the rest of your stuff then it must be awesome as well.

Sigh.

Checked back just about every day and no sightings.
Oh well I got a one day thrill from them.
