Outdoor Fashion Locations - 04-08-2008, 09:50 AM

I have a fashion shoot coming up in May, and am in desperate need of some location ideas.

I'm looking for some urban, trendy outdoor locations for a fashion shoot. The only trick is I need a place that has some kind of area where the model can change, do makeup, etc.

I plan on doing at least two sets, where I would need a makeup and clothes change.

Any ideas???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A big van or a motorhome makes a good changing/makeup room.

I saw a pop up tent at Sports Authority that I thought would make a neat changing room on location. It was less than $50.

For changing rooms I have one of these:
http://www.portablechangingroom.com/

I've had 2 models use it so far and they liked it.

I see they got something different now on Ebay that looks like it could be better:

Shops at Legacy has some cool spots to shoot. And if you know anyone that lives there you could use their bathroom!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the Shops at Legacy were private property.

Well, you're smack in the middle of a large metropolitan area. Depending on the types of fashions, both downtown Dallas and Fort Worth offer all kinds of possibilities that can't possibly render anyone desperate.

The portable changing room, if a simple car is not viable, sounds like a good option. So does the nearest McDonald's restroom.

Good luck!
