I know that some of you have mentioned that you enjoyed Connemara Conservancy. After some down time for rebirthing of the land, it is now open on weekends for guided walks. It won't be open full time, but at least you can go for a couple of hours.

And if you are interested they are having a calendar contest. Prizes are still being obtained but at least you could get published.

Don't get excited! They are just the basics. Mostly for the people who come out for bird and nature walks with p&S cameras. They take alot of snapshots and I just want to give basic information. Line, composition, trying to show mistakes that most make. Not getting close enough to the subject. I would say it would be like the idiots guide to using your point and shoot camera. I was told that in the last year only 3 people have come to a walk with a "real" camera!
