Keith, I know you are! Ever find out any more about what "Media Day" really means? It is pretty confusing from the pre-event information I have found. I sure hope we can go to the runway side of the fence with our cameras, like in the past.

I think if you go to the Vintage Museum office and tell them you'd like to take some photos they will let you. I am more interested in getting them flying than sitting static on the ground. I think most will be arriving Friday afternoon.

Yeah Flying is what I had in mind too. Last fall a number of the incoming did fly-overs before they landed. There were about 50 or so guys with cameras, on the grass near to the ramp, behind sawhorse barricades. It worked pretty well. I got some nice shots in the air, and when they were taxiing in on the ramps for display.

So! 'Close in $10 Paid Parking off of Long Ave'. must mean that they are parking visitors on the grassy south end of the airfield. There are no regular parking lots near the airport on Long Ave that I can see.

I'm going to try to get over there. I have a paid shoot in the morning but hope to be done early.
