CTO Gels and flash

I got a couple of emails about my flash color temps in mixed lighting. I thought I might pass this on to the group. If you already know this, sorry for the post.

I use a Lee 285 3/4 CTO gel lodged inside the omni bounce. When you color balance the raw shot all the light comes in line with the tungsten. No red background in other words.
