Hey guys,
(I know it's last minute, but) I have a few shoots this week that I could use a tagalong/assistant for. My regulars are all busy. :-[ No shooting will be required, mainly just light stick/reflector/bag holding and occasionally squirting water onto my face and wiping it off..

....Anyway, I can pay you $20 for gas and that's about it. :-/ I can offer tips and try to answer questions as well. If you want to bring your camera, you can, but there's no guarantee of isolated shooting or any at all. Not sure how to say this without sounding like a jerk, but if you feel like you should be paid more, give me a rate in the email you send me. :-) On to the dates!

shooting in north dallas/downtown ish. this is a wedding after party shoot. kinda like a reverse engagement session (anyone ever been to kona grill's reverse happy hour?) wedding dress, suit, the whole 9....almost. we plan to start at 6 and probably go for a couple hours depending on how sweet the locations are and the weather.

this is a tiny tiny, intimate wedding in dallas, just east of White Rock Lake. backyard wedding for some contacts i know from habitat for humanity. i shot a marketing piece for them last year. :-) very casual, older couple, incredibly nice and social people. for this one, you'll get paid gas and get fed...and depending on how tolerant i think you are, you may be allowed one alcoholic beverage! whee! haha. :-) oh, and you can definitely bring your camera and shoot.

an engagement session out in fort worth. we have plans to hit up the botanical garden as they're closing and then go explore downtown for a bit. might start a little earlier and go to the stockyards. hear they have some sort of 'bull running?' should be a fun shoot!
As for the type of person I'm looking for....
...really, just looking for people who are fun, social, flexible, can take direction well, can/want to learn quickly, and are honest people....b/c i truly believe people photography (with some exceptions in PJ), you have to be very comfortable around strangers and new situations. in addition, our style of working is pretty loose and spontaneous. we like exploring, discovering and creating unique images. nothing set in our minds when we go out. that explains why our sessions are open ended, time wise. we believe it's more about the image than it is about the $. we'd
rather it be more about the image than the $.
Anyway, send me an email or a PM if you would like to help out. Consider it your 'interview' as well. :-) In other words, somehow convince me to have you along on these shoots! All are welcome! :-)
**keep in mind any images you take can be used for personal portfolio**
