Since exposure time says 30 seconds in the EXIF they're likely to be hot pixels. This is to be expected with a digital SLR. Many DSLR's have a feature called "long exposure noise reduction" that can help eliminate this type of noise. It basically takes a second black-frame exposure of the same duration as your shot, which means that the time between exposures is greatly increased and could cause you to miss shots or run your batter down more quickly, so it's kind of a tradeoff.

yeah, I had a few hot pixels on my old camera. They're always in the same place though and they usually only show up in black areas/ dark shots such as the above, so if you do get them, post processing is relatively simple. Doing what Jeff said in low light will help you out.
