Just wanted to let the Dallas peeps know we are alive (Tom, Janice, and myself) here in the Virgin Islands. Life is tough for us right now struggling with waking up on the beach surrounded by beautiful gals...

How can you do this? I'm sitting in a cube staring at a monitor and you are on a beach sipping fruity drinks with silly umbrellas.

Now i know y'all are working but...

The virgin islands are like no other place i have been. There are islands that are just like right out of a movie. NO houses, aqua blue water and perfect sand beaches. My family charters a boat, since we are sailors, for a week every 5-6 years and sails around the islands (british and US). Every time it has been hard to come home (yes i am spoiled)

The days consist of waking up... jumping off boat and snorkeling. Eating then setting sail for the next place (2 hour sail the islands are very close), anchoring and then explore... repeat daily.

yep - used to live on St. Croix when I was a kid. When I went to school - we had English class on the beach outside our school. We all got to pick a boulder to sit on and write a poem about the ocean. You think I am kidding??? I have the 3rd grade notebooks to prove it!

St. John has GORGEOUS beaches. Go there go there!!!!
