i know i saw a thread about this earlier but can not find it so i will post it again. i have a family that would like me to shoot a family portrait of them and they want it done around the pond at the shops at legacy. is there any permits that i need to get in order to this? if so do you know where i need to get them from. thank you for your help

No, there are no permits required (AFAIK). I've shot there several times.

I photograph there all the time. Nothing required. Keep it low key. We don't want to cause such a fuss that they will institute permits. By the way if you are on the grass look out for the dog crap.
