Fort Worth Zoo Eagle - 10-04-2008, 09:57 PM

I stopped by the Forth Worth zoo on my way home from Colorado yesterday, it was late when I got there and had only an hour to take pics and here's a couple of the Eagle. If you have some Eagle pics from the Forth Worth zoo, I would like to see them if you want to post, its really a beautiful Eagle there.

Billy,

Great pictures! Everytime I've gone out there, the Eagle is facing the other way, and will not give me a good view. Maybe it's me? Did you happen over to the lion or tiger cubs? The are quite the attraction.

Good work

Mark

Mark, I did see the lion cubs at 5:05 and took a few snaps but they were running everyone out. Here's another eagle.

Just curious - Did you use 100-400mm or 400mm?

Those are great. It kind of neat to see the same Eagle from different cameras and views.

Seems every time I go there he is always way up in the trees and I end up having to shoot up at him. :( You guys got some great shots.
