Welcome to this forum. Now that you've broken the ice, submit many more of your photos here. We all love to see work by others.

In the vain of "what I think" about your picture.
Animals can be difficult to capture a good picture. I like the tigers expression.
Experiment a little with cropping. Try a close crop that doesn't give away the "cage", and see if it isn't more dramatic.

I'm not sure you post-process but if you did, i'd bring up the exposure on the tiger and I agree with the comment above about a tighter crop.

Thanks for the comments. That is the original shot, nothing has been done as of yet. All my animal shoots are taken in Oklahoma. I'll work on the photo and resumit and some others.

Thanks again,

Yeap, we help support the G.W. Exotic Animal Foundation. It's one of the best maintained around. I wasn't aware of the one in McKinney until I saw the pics posted here.

If you haven't been, they have over 100 lions(male & female), tigers, panthers, black panthers, spotted lepords mexican gray wolfs, and other animals such as baboons, monkies, snakes and birds.

Lea and Sully are two of only fourty-six rare Barbary Aferican Lions remaining in the world,
and just had two baby lions.

It's worth the 2 hr drive.
